Fitness Sandwich!

This is a nice sandwich to go with your workout. It works best if you pick a healthy whole grain bread with low sugar.
  • Bread
  • Peanut Butter
  • Sliced banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Psyllium Husk


Spread the peanut butter on the bread, then arrange the banana slices in one layer on top of that. Sprinkle on a little bit of cinnamon and as much psyllium husk as you think you can handle. It's a great source of fiber and its taste is very easy to hide, so load up!
