The Balalaika Super is a pizza from Round Table Pizza topped with onions, garlic, pineapple and jalapenos.
iPhone auto-corrected jalapenos to balalaika, which is where the name comes from.
It's delicious, and you should try it. I don't know if this recipe works as well at other pizzerias as it does at Round Table.
This combination of toppings was the result of getting free pizza once a week for the last few months. The flavors gradually evolved, with toppings being swapped around, until this glorious pie was born.
